Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Balina Jewellery! We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • They should be in the same condition as when you received them
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at william@balinajewellery.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away so we can fix it quickly.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • All earrings
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a particular item, just reach out—we’re happy to help.


Exchanges

Want a different piece? The fastest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you’d like instead.


For European Union Customers

In line with EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The returned item must meet the conditions above. Refunds will be processed once we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to apply the refund.
