Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150

For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing times do not include shipping times.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • Major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at william@balinajewellery.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at william@balinajewellery.com.
